• Overseeding: Thin turf and turf with exposed soil can be very difficult to maintain. Weeds can take over and the soil can overheat and dry out quickly. Overseeding adds additional seed on top of your lawn to fill in bare spots and increase the turf density.
• Dethatch: Typically only necessary for the first 1-2 years. Removing thatch build-up allows water and air to reach the soil.
• Aeration: For heavily compacted soils. Aeration creates holes in the soil to help water and air to circulate down to the root zone.
